After moving to Manitoba, I had the chance to design a website for a condo project. Beyond the usual goals of spreading the word and giving info, the big task was making people feel safe. The builder made sure the place was cozy and secure, and I had to make the website do the same.
To make people feel relaxed and sure, I used light greens all over the site. It matched the project's logo and made folks think of wide green spaces, which are cozy and safe.
The photos played a pivotal role in the design. They showcased the condos’ modern amenities and the lush communal areas. Each image served as a window into the lifestyle offered by the project.
Designing the condo website wasn't only creating an online presence. It had to show put people’s minds at ease about the area and their personal safety. The website was a tool for the realtors, who used it to sell all the condos.
